The rolling ball of energy known as Kuba Oms sometimes looks like he can barely be contained within his own skin. Over a small bucket of soup and a trio of tiny hamburgers, he talks about music, fans, and how unfortunate polka music is at weddings. “We just shot a video down in LA,” says Oms, ladling soup into his mouth.
